I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Financial Technology Partners (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
I started by applying online, where after a resume drop I was instructed to take an IQ/Logic test. After about ten days I was invited to interview on campus for a 2 on 1 interview. After about a week I was then asked to do a very technical phone screen that dug deep into finance and accounting as well as my CV. A few days passed and I was invited to NYC for a super day which took place about three weeks later. The super day was 5 interviews each about 30-45 minutes long, and was mostly behavioral, with more broad technical questions and a few brain teasers. I waited another two and a half weeks before hearing back. Did not receive an offer
