2 first round interviews over the phone with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Nothing too out of the ordinary if you prepare for your basic tech questions and understand the WHY of it all. Really enjoyed speaking to these interviewers; felt like they were engaged and genuinely trying to see if the firm and I were a good match. A single 2nd round phone interview. He had some connection issues (static, dropped call, etc) which made it hard to properly 'connect' with the interviewer in just 30 mins. This interviewer also seemed distracted with work which is understandable given the current pandemic but not a welcoming feeling during an assessment. With this one, moreso had the feeling I was taking up a slot on his calendar and he'd much rather be doing something else.
