The MOST unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Completed a 2 min Sparkhire screening, question was “tell us about yourself”. After completing it, head of recruitment (the unprofessional person in question) sent an email requesting to schedule a second interview on Zoom. I scheduled it for about 5 days after the screener. The morning after, I get an email from her requesting I come into the office the next day to meet the MD and skip the Zoom. I quickly accepted, and used a sick day at my current work in order to do the interview. They canceled last minute, stating that “the MD’s wife is getting surgery”, which I think was a lie - regardless, recruiter said she’d meet me that day on zoom, and sent a link for us to meet. I spent that day preparing for the interview, and when I got on Zoom, nobody ever showed up. I sent her an email saying I would be available to interview that day at her earliest convenience. She only replied 5 hours later, saying she was busy, and she’d give me more times to come in next week. I waited until Wednesday of the following week, and heard nothing back from them. After questioning if they still wanted to go thru with me as a potential candidate, I sent the recruiter an email - no response. At this point I just assumed they moved on. Two weeks later, I had gotten over it - but at this point I guessed they really felt the need to rub it in, and sent an email that they would not be moving forward with me - ON A SATURDAY. Like, on weekdays you don’t have the time to reply to my email to say I wouldn’t get the job, but you have time 2 weeks later on a Saturday to tell me that? Don’t waste your time.
