There were 3 rounds of interview. 2 Technical and 1 Director(this is also technical). Responses of all rounds of interview are good. But i feel director Patil, Tanmay is kind of extra smart. he will never hear your answer completely and he will judge on the basis of 10% of answer. And in salary discussion he will as HR to negotiate the salary on those points. While scheduling interview they will agree on whatever expectation you have. But if you clear all rounds of interview then they negotiate below the offer which you are holding otherwise they will reject your profile. Please note if your interview is scheduled with director Patil, Tanmay then you will not get your expected CTC.
