I applied in-person. I interviewed at Finish Line in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview process was easy. I scheduled a time which worked best for my availability. The lead enjoyed me enough to want to hire me on the spot but I had to go through another interview with the manager. The second interview was just to be safe.
The interview was very straight forward and pleasant. It was about 15 minutes long and the manager asked questions regarding my sales and customer service experience. I was also asked about how many hours a week would I be able to work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Finish Line (West Covina, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Just a behavioral interview. Straight forward interview about how I would deal with customers, how I would sell shoes, and how I would work in a team setting—no follow-up interview, Overall, it was very easy and straight-forward.
