This happen on 2015 and probably does not apply today. Their process was a completely mess. I was Contacted by a recruiter after a career fair in the university. I received an email with an online exam where different technical questions were made. I completed the questionnaire and after filling no response and completely forget it about it. Months later contacted by the same recruiter to have a phone interview (the previous online apparently was useless). Phone interview was very simple, asking about previous experience and university projects. After interview, nothing. No response, no rejection and recruiter no responsive.
