Interview
The interview process is good and efficient. But in the interview they only try to take out information of what you are doing at your current organization as they need to understand what their competition is doing. After completing all round of interview, they will surprise you by saying we are putting this position on Hold. When you try to reach out the HR team, they will not give you any feedback and would not even bother to revert to your calls. They will speak great things about their interview and selection process but need to give a clear feedback to any candidate or be honest about the hiring.
