First Business Bank Financial Analyst interview questions

Did a phone interview, was told i would receive communication for next steps for virtual interview next . Never received info on this and was later given an email saying they choose a different candidate. Not great communication. I get it, maybe I wasnt the best candidate for this business but dont lie and tell candidates they will have another interview to move to next steps.
