I completed two interview rounds for a position. This involved an initial virtual screening and then a longer panel screening that was scheduled after the first screening. The second interview required preparation (e.g., an interview exercise) and a presentation on that work.
Initially, I was told I had the flexibility to interview for a part-time position. Then, First Due went back on their word and told me they would only entertain a full-time position AFTER I interviewed.
FirstDue went back on their word. Not only was I "blown off," but even talking with executive management, they treated me very disrespectfully. They would not share salary information with me until the final round, and this was very much beneath the acceptable level, given my education and training. It was frankly insulting.
10/10 would not recommend. The interview was a waste of everyone's time because they lied about the position and related details including schedule and compensation.
