Two interviews. First with a couple of managers and the second, the head manager. The first one went well. They asked a lot of technical questions then proceeded to questions about expected salaries. They got back with me fast to set up the second interview. The head manager asked about culture fit questions and career goals. When it came to salary negotiations, I was disappointed that the salary range was super low for a position. It was $10,000 less than average of what business analysts get but it is banking.
