I applied in late January 2023. Received a phone call from HR the following week for a screen and then to confirm an interview with hiring managers. Interview was the following week and was virtual. Hiring managers were late about five minutes and some of the questions they asked were awkward and confusing to answer. I didn’t even want to answer one of the questions. Received a rejection email about a week later, saying they’ve selected a different candidate. I saw several people applied to the job through LinkedIn and was fine with the decision but then a few days later the same job in the same location was reposted. Right now I am looking for my first job after graduating college and have had about a dozen interviews with various entities and this was by far the worse interview and hiring process I took part in.

The interview process was lengthy. The first interview was with the manager and a team lead, second interview brought in a couple of sales people. The questions weren't hard, but the pressure was on when more people joined the interview.

Sent in my resume, had a brief phone interview, and then an in person interview. The in person interview was with three of the bank’s representatives and lasted about an hour.
