Interview
Very technically challenging. Remember that actuaries and engineers are applying for this position, amongst many other candidates, so you really have to shine. The ladies interviewing me were a bit intimidating. I would recommend you really practice answering difficult questions under pressure, to avoid making mistakes during the interview.

I was asked about what factors to consider when calculating risk for a loan payback. They also asked me spatial skills questions, and I thought it was nice because they immediately tell you if your answer is correct. Also have an idea of basic macroeconomics. Also know why you are changing field (if this is relevant to you) and have a rational explanation.
The interviewer was very friendly, and considerate. It was a very smooth process, with some great professionals. I would recommend considering FNB, as they deeply care about each individual. Great company to be at
