Interview
I first submitted an application on their website. Then, recruiter reached out via text to schedule an interview. At the actual interview, the manager was very friendly. However, the job description does not match the actual duties of the role. She told me that the role is 99% a sales position. Since the location I applied for is inside a grocery store, the personal bankers are expected to go through the isles and approach customers. We need to sell them loans, credit cards and bank accounts. The rate of pay is $14 plus commission. After hearing this, I decided I no longer wanted the position.

Interview
It was really good. Had one with the branch manager and district manager. Just few questions and told me about the job. Went around and showed how everything around works.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at First National Bank Texas (Killeen, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
Position consists of THREE Interviews and the job is only part time starting at $10/hr
1st interview is with the recruiter. Recruiter was nice and welcoming, she just asked basics questions like “why did i apply, why did you leave your previous jobs, and relevant job duties.” Second interview was with branch manager and she was nice as well. Kind of the same questions as the recruiter but more situational. They also took me into the aisles to see how comfortable i was with approaching customers. The third interview with the district manager and she asked me the exact same questions as the branch manager. Maybe to see if my answers stayed consistent??? In the end she ask me to sell her the pen she was writing with, which is dumb because the branch manager said sales are through relationship building not pushy???
I declined the offer because i accepted another job within the 3 week interview process. 3 interviews for just a part time $10 job is CRAZY! i would have loved to work with them, but i couldnt wait any longer, i really needed to start working. Plus i was offered full time at $14.50 a hour with another company with just one interview! Lol
