I had a phone interview with someone from San Francisco in which I guess that's normal for this company since most of the authoritative figures are in the headquarters. After the phone interview I was asked to come on site to Rockefeller Center to perform an interview face to face (including several others). The first face to face I was confused since it wasn't a supervisor, team lead, or a senior technician. It seemed like a regular phone tech that didn't have much to ask except repetitive questions that doesn't seem to coordinate very well with the interview process. Seemed like a very young well dressed guy, just very confused when I ask questions in relations to company culture and working environment. He seemed more nervous than I was in which quite frankly was very amusing. If this is who they pick to interview me, I figured upper management decision making isn't that great to begin with.
