First Republic wants to find key players for their team. They invest an appropriate amount of time into each candidate and it definitely shows. As a rapidly growing niche banking market, they know what they are looking for and don't stop until they find the ideal candidate for the position. I went through 6 rounds of interviews in multiple locations and enjoyed each of them equally. The personable feel that i received from each interviewee was unparalleled to any other financial institution that I have ever applied to.
