I reached out to the recruiter a couple of times and received a phone call in response. They asked me about my experience and considered me for an engineer role, which was filled internally later. Given the current job market, I agreed to a technician interview. Had a 2.5-hour interview, with 5 people interviewing each for 30 mins (afresh). I was asked about my previous manufacturing engineering experience, the problems I had solved, and a lot of questions about SPC. What it is, it's rules, mention more about the second rule, root cause analysis, asked me to read some electrical schematics, and a lot of behavioral questions.
