Interview
Was interviewed at location before store opening. The interview went well and I was asked to do a working interview at a location in another town. I felt this was a good sign. Working interview was scheduled for the following Monday. That Saturday night I received a text from the woman that interviewed me asking if I was no longer interested in the position since I didn't show up. I immediately replied stating that it was scheduled for that Monday. Working interview went well and the manager at the location of the working interview said that I should follow up with both a phone call and email. I did just that got one response for my references which I found weird because they were listed on the company site to which I applied. No phone calls were made to said references and the woman that I interviewed with went ghost on me. Three weeks later I received an informal email from the do not reply site. If I wasn't the candidate that she was interested in she should have told me instead of making me jump through all her hoops only to be ghosted. This was a company that I have frequented for years that I have now lost all respect for. You are only as good as the people that work for you.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at First Watch (Fort Myers, FL) in Apr 2024

Extremely professional, in depth, and refreshing. All of the interviews that I was involved in were some of the best I have experienced. Passionate and dedicated team members reinstated my commitment to hospitality and empowered my desire to continue my personal and professional growth.
