The Interview was really easygoing. Server jobs are pretty straightforward, so they just want to get a feel for your personality and how you deal with people. It's pretty much the typical "tell me about yourself" and "how do you handle conflict" type questions.

Q: How do you handle difficult people or situations where people are frustrated or unhappy?
Go in tell about myself and explain the steps of service. Ask my work history and my background. They ask what days and times I am available. They ask if I had reliable transportation. Also ask about any limits of what I could lift or if I had any disability
It was an easy and short experience, they asked only a few questions and lasted less than 10 minutes. They just want to see if you have an open schedule and can physically handle the role.
Honestly quick interview, just make sure you know answers to questions like "what do u hope to gain from serving" and let them know your schedule hoenstly great interview process got offer not even 2 hours after.
