Dressed business casual, came in and waited for the general manager to meet me, had to wait about 20 minutes for her. She was very friendly and only asked a couple questions before telling me about the job and what to expect in the upcoming weeks. Hour interview and no call back. I was very confused and it felt disrespectful. Everyone should respect everyone. Even if the decided to pass on me. I should of received an email
Super easy. They just want to know how you will handle certain situations. They are very willing to train if you have never served before. Hard to bomb the interview!
