FirstEnergy Manager interview questions

Interview will be with a panel. Follow the STAR format when answering questions. Typically 7-8 questions around the companies core values, but could include questions related to the position. Most interviews are done virtually.

Applied on their career site and within a few weeks got an email to schedule an interview. Panel seemed to be great group of people, but that’s where the good experience ended. After the interview there was no update or communication for months. I thought I did not get the role and was ghosted. Several months later I was contacted with an offer, but I had already accepted another role elsewhere and they seemed surprised and and annoyed that I accepted something else.
