Screened with an internal recruiter then had a call with the hiring manager. The next day I had a follow up interview with the hiring manager's boss.
They were communicative until they weren't. I reached out to the recruiter after a couple of weeks, and received no response after they reached out to let me know I was a top candidate. Strange.
