I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FirstService Residential (Miami, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Internally, I supplied my resume to my supervisor. Her supervisor contacted me requesting an in person meeting. This meeting served as a coaching session. We altered my resume together and exchanged ideas while performing a mock interview ahead of the formal interview onsite with the selecting committee. This was one of the best learning tools I was afforded. When I went in for my interview, there was a panel who screened me. I was informed that I was selected the next day and began training immediately.

The interview process was straight forward and informative. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. The in person interview was with a different person and that person was more aggressive which I was not a fan of.
