8 rounds of interviews; recruiter, hiring executive, three different team members, two executive peers, and recruiter again. Followed up via email and phone more than six times. Never heard back. Very unprofessional

About my experience - it was a new position for the company and organization. No one on the team or their leadership had experience in the role (their words, not mine). I had more than a decade of experience both in the role and leading the team. Very disappointed in their lack of follow up communication.
