I wrote an email to their HR Manager expressing my interest in this role. She replied by asking for personal information such as my current salary, my expected salary and my reason for leaving my previous job, among other questions. I thought this was rather rude as this was a job for a Senior Marketing Manager. Not a role for anyone whose's only criteria was to meet these set requirements. If as a Senior Marketing Manager, all they cared about was my salary, there is so much wrong with this company. I replied with some of the information but she never even bothered to reply to me from then. Even after I had provided some of this personal information without so much as a phone call. How unprofessional.
