Two step interview with HR screen and face-to-face with manager and director. I networked to get the attention of the hiring manager. It was after being hired for weeks that I felt there was issues I would be unable to overcome politically.

First round with recruiter call then on to the fiserv team call. Nice conversation. Good details of role. Clear communication. Fast response. Didn't get the job but I wasn't left waiting and they gave me feedback. Overall pleasant experience
The interviewer was straightforward about the characteristics of the job, without omitting information that may be unattractive, and without reserve explained into more details other aspects of the job. The interview coordination was acceptable.
