Standard phone interview with HR recruiter. They will send you a email telling you that you are only meeting with the hiring manager but thats a lie. You really are tricked into a group neeting with 10 people all at once. Theres novorofessional format. The entire interview process is terrible to say the least. They use the intimidation interview format. They ask you questions that will stress you. Your in the room answering 10 peoples questions all at once for two hours. None of the questions are experienced or skill based their all very personal. One if the questions they ask is if you can be any animal what you be? smh they are the worse group of people I’ve ever met in my 10 year career. Its very much a frat and sorority culture. After being interviewed by the panel for 2 hours you meet with the Director and that was even worse again not experience based. Your asked questions like what motivates you and what are your hobbies. Then they ask more stress questions for an hour. Afterwards they give you a tour of the facility. This place is God awful dont waste your time. Definately not worth it. It takes them a month to get back to you then they low bsll you and offer terrible benefits.
