This was for a remote position so the interviews were held over the phone. The first one was from an inside recruiter to vet me out. The second one was with the hiring manager. Immediately after speaking with her, the recruiter called me to set up another interview with one of the hiring manager's direct reports. Both seemed excited about my experience. However, things did not go well with the peer interview. This person called me nearly 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and started asking me weird questions about work experiences that were not part of the job description. The following Monday the job ad was gone and a new one that described the peer's experience was up. I was never contacted by anybody at Fiserv after that third interview.
