Interview
After introducing ourselves, they BI Manager and the Team Leader of Workforce Analytic asked me further details on the information on my CV and some questions on what-if scenarios. After that they explained in bullets what the team is doing in daily basis. Finally I did 4 tests, one about statistical knowledge, one on R programming one in SQL and one on Excel.

Phone interview then in person interview then an offer. Very smooth process. Recruiting was amazing. Great facility, friendly atmosphere. You must pass a background check, and drug test to complete the hiring process.
