They make you a phone screening, if you got that they ask you to another interview where you have to complete a paper test. They analize your answers, if you pass the test they call you for two interviews more. One technical and another a lil bit behavioral.

Got 2 round of interview, mostly behavioral interview. Got one with manager and another one with current team member. They just ask about your experience and tell about the work culture of the company
I had interview with tech lead and team lead. They went through various both technical and system design with skills and experienced I had and what they expect for their hiring role. The interview experience is great outside of recruiter Samuel. He rushing on interview schedule, changing last minute and accusing me of no show after interview completed.
