I applied online. I interviewed at Fiserv (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2020
Interview
Received a cold call for a phone interview. That lasted about 20 minutes. Then received email for the scheduling of the first MS Teams interview. That lasted about 30 minutes.
Got a chance at a second interview again over Teams. That went well. After that, I didn’t hear anything for a few days, so I emailed the recruiter who then promptly called me upon receiving the email. They notified me I didn’t get the job, but they really wanted me so they would keep my resume for future purposes if something opened up.
Still have not received any rejection emails.
Fairly straightforward. Fair and good questions asked. Two total interviews, with two different teams. At the end of the day they are looking for best fit per team and will potentially make and offer when you fit the best.
