A phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager was great, and had only been in the position for 2 months, so requested a 3rd interview with a peer. 3rd interview showed up 10 minutes late to Teams meeting, and proceeded to have conversations with co-workers walking around the office while I answered questions. Since then, I have not had any follow up with any of the 3 people (over two weeks).
