Simple process for the actual interviews. - screener with recruiter - interview with hiring manager, about a week later - panel interview with 3 of the HMs colleagues, 2 weeks after that Then, no word from the recruiter for about 2 weeks. Then a call a few days after that. "Where are you in your other interviews? What's your comp expectation?" Pretty straight forward. Told that she would notify me of a decision, one way or another, within 3 days. No word for over 2 weeks. I sent an email as a final follow-up and got a quick response that I was not selected. Poor communication with either the HM, recruiter or organization altogether
