I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied for the position 2/10 - got an email shortly after about wanting to set up an initial call with the recruiter. She asked a few questions to ensure the position was a fit, then we set up an interview with the HR Manager the following day. She was very pleasant to speak with. After that 20ish minute interview, she told me she wanted me to move on to the next interview, which was with the Director of Operations. The interview with him went well. He and the HR manager spoke over the weekend about who would get the job and said i would hear back monday - i never did so i reached out tuesday to the recruiter. she later called me and said i was offered the job.
