Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult guest?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Noida) in Jul 2017
Interview
Interview at fiserv was pathetic .
I appeared in interview for Selenium testing after getting the mail from their HR and it was mentioned that i have to come at 1:30 Sharp.
I reached there at 1 that is earlier then expected time and saw there was 300 folks were sitting around and were waiting for first round.
After coming at 1 pm I got the chance to give my first round at 8 in evening that too i felt they are just passing time as they already have offered .
I would like to say few words to their HR team about capacy planning . They called 300 candidates for technical round and there were 5 technical employees who were taking interview and average time for a candidate was 30 minutes that means total capacity to take interview in 8 hours would be 80 candidates and they have called like 300 .
No planning from HR team
Really BAD experience .
Note: Technical interview was just passing the time and they were least interested in my responses.

Question 1
Second highest salary from array with 3 types of logic using java
Applied online, Recruiter contacted by email and asked for my availability and scheduled the interview. She missed calling me as per the scheduled and rescheduled to another day. She asked many Qs for more than one hour ( obviously followed a given list of Qs to her and cross checked my answers with her list). The process after that is very long and very confusing. 3 More rounds with 3 different directors. They are totally unprepared for my background and experience. They expected Fiserv product integration manager experience where I didn't quote anything about it in my profile. Surprisingly each Director expressed the same feeling end of the each interview, my fundamental Q is when the first director know that I don't have what they are looking for then WHY to continue with next rounds? I felt the hiring process is pretty unstructured and confusing.
