The interview set up via email was quick but they had it almost a month out from when I had applied for the job. When I had the actual phone interview it was an entire hour it wasn't even to the hiring manager, it was just with a staffing hr business partner. Majority of the time was was spent talking about the company and the strict needs/expectations of the role with no room for negotiation. I appreciated the clarity in the role but also felt a lot of time even after answering questions it was a waste of my time.
