Very, very long. Took them forever to decide. I applied in December 2015, didn't hear back from them until late in May, and got the offer in June. I was dissatisfied by their level of communication with me. I often felt like I didn't know what was going on because it took forever to hear back from them.
Started off with phone interview basic questions around motivations. Second round was similar to the first one however i was invited in person canary wharf office interviewed by senior and someone already within this role

I Interviewed for three positions over 2 hours, after the preliminary phone screening. About a week after the three in person interviews I had one final phone interview before they offered me the position.
