The communication was just the worst. I have applied for the same job multiple times and got rejected, even though I fit the criteria to a tea. After several rejections I then was approached by two different recruitment agencies for the exact same job. They both thought I was a good fit and would let me know what the next steps would be. I never heard from any of them ever again.

Quick and concise, direct supervisor interviewing was nice to talk to. General questions in past experience and functions. No gotchas or unnecessarily creative questions. Spoke on effective strategies and prospect development too

Great initial phone screen followed by a horrendous phone interview. The recruiter ignored all of my direct questions and was questionable if they had any knowledge on the financial services industry. Felt like an hour of my time was just robbed from me.
