I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments
Interview
Got in contact with a representative at our college career fair. Gave them resume, and they contacted by phone about three weeks later by a HR person to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was with another recruiter. Very basic, nothing out of the ordinary. Just them asking a bunch of questions (behavioral, asking about things from your resume). Lasted about 40 minutes.

Question 1
When was the last time you got some critical feedback from an authority figure and have you had time to put the feedback into practice?
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
