Went to the Camus location. They put me up in a nearby budget hotel, everything was fine. The interview itself was routine, the questions were heavily weighted on prior sales results, stack ranking, etc. Not the friendliest, warmest vibe, but the good characteristics were that they were organized, everyone seemed motivated and there appeared to be a highly intense, productivity focussed culture. This biggest negative is that, for a company that interviewed someone from Vancouver, BC, Canada, and had them come out of their way to attend an interview, the absolute, absolute minimum that they ought to do is send a note thanking them for the interview and advising them that another candidate was chosen. The fact that they don't do this suggests that they are a transactional organization with a low quality operating culture in the talent market. I now think poorly of the company, whereas this could totally have been avoided with a super quick, even perfunctory 'thank you for attending, but unfortunately you weren't hired' note.
