I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied for the 8 week spring internship via linkedin. Had a telephone interview with a hiring manager in the US who informed me he would like me to consider a full time role. Had a follow on interview in London for a sales specific role which went well however I made it clear that was not what I applied for or really wanted to be doing. Had a final round interview for yet another role however throughout the interview it became apparent that again this was not a role I would find fulfilling and withdrew myself from the process.
