the recruiter called one morning asking if I was still looking for employment, after an initial screening, arranged me to come in the next day for an interview at the two branches. During the actual interview, it was rather casual, asking about my resume and my background, why I wanted the particular position. In the end, the recruiter mentioned they would inform me of their decision by the end of next week. I did not get a phone call telling me of my status, and another week went by where I left a message for the recruiter, who did not call back at all. It wasn't until later on that they sent me an impersonal rejection email. I thought the followup was unprofessional to say the least.
