I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Vancouver, WA) in Jun 2020
Interview
It was in their main campus. I checked in at the front desk upon arrival and waiting maybe 10 min before someone came to get me. The interview was in a conference room. First I spoke with the manager of the group, then the their manager. All in all it what I expected and everyone I spoke with was kind.

I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Saint Petersburg, FL)
Interview
The interview process was clear and fun. They called me asking me about my CV and asked me about my personal interests. The interviewer explained the job and what I would do if I got it. Extremely respectful and enjoyable.
Initial call with a recruiter then follow-up interviews with potential peers. Was looking for more of an investment role, but got the feeling it was more cold calling sales. Culture wasn't what I was looking for

Interview
Long. Many interviews, more than any other company. You talk to many different departments to find your spot. There is a lot of information overload in the interview, but the interviewers are respectful.
