I was contacted by an ‘general recruiter’ that had asked about my general background. They in turn forwarded my information to a local recruiter to perhaps dig a little deeper. I felt that the recruiter interview was generic; Tell me about yourself. What has your experience been. How would you describe communication style.

Overall fair questions and nice and pleasent converstions, cool team and great company - learning/development opportunities are a big plus

It was fairly drawn out and long. It seems they really need you to fit just one mold, and are determined to weed you out if you can't. Overall I would prefer a little more freedom in how I conduct myself.
