My virtual and in-person interviews were great. My interviewers asked relevant questions and utilized a situation-based style that worked well. The down side was the intelligence test and 'skills' tests the company required. In addition to their questionnaire of 'if you were a superhero, who would you be and why?' Completely unnecessary!
