Went to the store and spoke to manager. Had one more interview with him, a phone interview with the regional manager and then they gave me the offer over the phone. I asked to be paid 2$ more per hour than they wanted and they accepted that.

Interview process is pretty easy. I interviewed with the store manager and was moved to the next step. The next day, received a call from the district manager and interviewed with him. And the same day, received a call from the store manager and was offered the job

Over the phone and in person. Interviews went well with no trouble. The only thing I would change is the hiring process takes way too long. The training could be better and longer than two weeks.
