Sat in the office and spoke with the former assistant manager who was getting promoted to a different store as a general manager and the general manager for the first interview. The second was with the general manager and district manager.

It was very relaxed. You can tell that the interviewer definitely read my resume and application. The questions were general retail, big box questions. She walked me through a day at Five Below and expressed her expectations. She explained that the company is going through a massive growth process and that there were plenty of opportunities for growth.
I had a second interview with the GM of the store that I may potentially be working at. She was very directed, she seemed organized and tasked driven.

Applied online, did an informal screening with the DM, then had a formal interview with the GM, another interview with the DM and HR. Very laid back and easy to talk to everyone. Easy process. They pay for your hotel if you need to train far away from home. A really great company to work for. Very fast paced.
