Interview
Got a call from Five Below on a Mon and went in that afternoon for an interview. Interview was at the front of the store standing and consisted of one of the assistant managers asking me questions, which were mostly about availability and some personality questions. Very informal. I was told that she couldn't tell me right then and there if I was hired because she said they had to get 2 good reviews from my references. She said she would let me know by then end of the week however I have not received a call yet. She also told me that she could only guarantee me 15 hrs/wk at min wage, which I wasn't thrilled about but didn't make it a big deal. I hope to hear back from them soon because I really don't understand why I wouldn't.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Five Below (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview was very laid back. It was a double interview with my friend, we spoke with the manager for a quick twenty minutes and were hired on the spot. She made it clear that they work very hard and promote from within and were in need of older representatives to bring leadership to all the kids working there. Overall felt like family in need of some help, but in a good way.

Interview
I sent an application in online and was called within two days to set up an interview. I interviewed that week. The interview went very smoothly and was asked to tell my two interviewers a little about myself. After that I was given a brief history of the company and was told that they were very interested. I am going to get confirmation in about three days but I think it went very well!
