Had a recruiter screening for about 30 minutes which was the first round. Second round was a 30 minute interview with an Applied Scientist. I was asked questions about my CV and some other standard NLP questions like how would you quantify the accuracy of a chatbot, etc Third round constituted of 2 back to back 30 minute interviews with 2 more Applied Scientists. The first one was a deeper dive into my CV asking me to explain tiny details as well some basic ML questions thrown in as well. The second one was again on my CV + extensions to projects I had worked on + checking my knowledge on SOTA in NLP. The interviewer also had a bunch of MCQs prepared for me to answer then and there in front of him. The interviewers were amazing! They went out of their way to give me detailed feedback on my performance even though one of them was actually late to a call right after. HR was really helpful throughout the process and they seemed extremely polite and approachable.
