1) Recruiter Screen [30 min] - Super chill 2) Interview with head of product design - behavioral interview [30 min] - Head of Design is really welcoming and talked a lot about company culture. Not too much focus on actual design more just on behavioral question. 3) Interview with two designers (final round) - behavioral interviews [1 hour] - Again, less about design knowledge more of a getting to know you vibe.
