Interview
I had 5 rounds of interview mainly with the HR, Co-founders and an Engineer.
1. Intro call - With the HR to align on the requirements.
2. Portfolio round - With the co-founders understanding and reviewing my past work.
3. Assignment - I was given a take home task to evaluate my cross domain product understanding as a designer.
4. Behavioural - With one of the co-founders to evaluate my past experience and my attitude towards various situations, I came across.
5. Bar raiser - With one of the team member to discuss and check for the cultural fit.
